New Features Summary
Identify the Booking Source & Route - PPL - 860
The aim of this feature is to allow Tables/Events users to identify the source of their bookings so that they can run reports to ensure they are on the correct platform.
As part of the ongoing product development, integrators are now displayed in the Booked Via column on Tables > Booking Report, as shown in below:
If an integrator has been configured for an API key, all bookings coming through this API key will contain the integrator.
On the guest details, the ‘created by’ field also contains the name of the integrator as shown below:
Additionally, CSV Export, will also contain the integrators, as shown below:
Conditions for displaying integrators:
• The integrator source must be configured for an API key on Zonal Admin
• Bookings that are made in Aztec is still displayed as ‘Online’
• If the integrator comes directly from Host/Widget, the current behavior will not change, and ‘online’ / ‘host’ is displayed on Tables > Bookings Report/Guest details
Include warning message when disabling requirements - PPL - 949
Ability to see table notes by hover in Guest Summary/Queue - PPL - 954
When viewing the Guest Summary/Queue there is a column for notes. Each note type is represented by a coloured box and a letter. This feature will introduce the ability to hover over each notes box, and the relevant information for that note will pop up:
Only Booking Notes (B) & Menu (M) will show the data relevant to the booking. All other notes box's will show a description of what the notes box represents.

D: Will display 'Deposit Outstanding'
B: Will display if the booking is provisional and booking notes up to 1000 characters.
C: Will display 'Customer Notes'
M: Will display the menu associated with the booking
Yellow O: Will show (Part or full) 'Pre Order Selected'
Red O: Will show 'Pre Order Incomplete'
Red P: Will show 'Pre-payment outstanding'
S: Will display the special offer from Reservations.
